Standard License (Commercial)

This commercial standard license is a legal agreement between you (the customer) and us (the Licensor). The purchase or download of any of the designed products of our sites (iconshock.com) constitutes the acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Grant of Rights

This license grants you (the Customer) a limited, commercial, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and royalty-free right to use our design products.

These licensed design products can be:

• Used for personal and commercial purposes.
• Modified, cropped, changed in shape and color, rasterized, or altered in any way.
• Used as part of software/applications/designs, whether they are sold or given for free.

You can use this licensed material in any sort of commercial creations like:

• Printed Material
• Packaging
• Videos
• Presentations
• Multimedia projects
• Online content
• Mobile & Web Apps

Restrictions

The licensed material remains the property of the licensor.

The licensed material or any work derived from it cannot be directly or indirectly:

• Licensed, sublicensed, sold, resold, rented, transferred, leased or redistributed, even for free.
• Used to sell or redistribute graphical products that compete with iconshock.com, designshock.com, and templateshock.com.
• Published on a website as downloadable files, shared through newsletters, or distributed as-is.

No title or intellectual property rights are transferred to you.

The licensed material cannot be used to create obscene or defamatory material.

You agree to hold us harmless for any damages that may occur due to use or inability to use.
