By accepting this AGREEMENT, you agree to the terms referred from now on and applicable to the graphical art (The "Product") given to you by IconShock . You agree that this agreement is like any other written negotiated agreement signed by you. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, please do not use The Product.

IconShock grants you to use and modify The Product for any number of developers, designers and/or projects at one company, upon a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable Royalty-Free license.
You can use the icons in any number of your software products, web site designs, GUI design, or printed material for you or for your clients, without having to pay additional licensing fees.

You may not resell, rent, license, sub-license, transfer, lease or redistribute the Product, The Product may not be used to sell or redistribute graphical products that compete with Iconshock.

The Product is copyrighted by IconShock or its licensors. No title or intellectual property rights in the Product is transferred to you.

All our artwork is provided "as is." You agree to hold Iconshock harmless for any damages that may occur due to use, or inability to use the Product from IconShock.

Iconshock retains all rights not expressly granted by this license.
